Join us for our final Summer Play Day at Barton Park. Bring any yard games you may have as well as your picnic dinner. The Clackamas River is also nearby, so bring your bathing suit & towel if you want to splash around in the water. We have picnic site #4 reserved, so meet us there!
This worship service will look a little different from our normal worship service. We will be meeting in the Fellowship Hall for a breakfast potluck followed by a worship service. There will be no Trinity Kids during this hour as they will be enjoying this time with us.
Join us as we volunteer to serve the City of Happy Valley at their annual 4th of July Family Festival. We will be responsible for running the kids activities (i.e., bounce houses, etc.). We cannot do it alone, so join us! We need help from 12:30pm-6:30pm. Let us know if you can help by clicking here to sign up or you can sign up on Sunday!
Parents - This is a vital time to connect with one another and Pastor Matt about what’s happening in Trinity’s Student Ministry. Pastor Matt will have some important announcements and details to share with you about upcoming events as well as the direction the Student Ministry is heading. It’s also a great time to share your needs/concerns/encouragement with the Student Ministry Team! Please make this a priority so you don’t get left in the dark!
We want you to get connected at Trinity and the absolute best way to do this is by joining a Connection Group! Connection Groups create a space where you can make new friends, connect with old ones & have grow in your walk with the Lord.
Sign ups for our Summer Semester of Connection Groups will begin on May 5th. At that time you will be able to sign up by visiting our Connection Groups page or by filling out a Connection Card on Sunday at church. Don’t miss it!
Easter is such a wonderful time to CELEBRATE TOGETHER! This is the key foundation of our faith - that Jesus died and on the third day rose from the grave!
Special things that will be happening on this day include a special Easter celebration in the Trinity Kids hour. We will make crescents together as we listen to the Easter story. The crescents will illustrate for our kids how the tomb is now empty!
We will also have a family selfie booth set up for taking fun Easter pictures together. Post them on social media and tag Trinity Church PDX!
Finally, we will have a time of refreshments and fellowship following our regular service!
We are super excited to celebrate what God has been doing in the lives of people at Trinity by having a special Baptism Service!!! Following the service we will hang out & have some refreshments. If you are interested in being baptized please let Pastor Rusty know! (Rusty@trinitychurchpdx.com)
This will also be a Family Sunday which means there will only be childcare offered for Birth-PreK and everyone else will be in the service together. We feel it’s important for our children to see us worship and celebrate together!
Join us for our Christmas Service as we celebrate the birth of our Savior! Trinity Kids will be singing a couple of songs for you to enjoy and we will follow the service by sharing a potluck style dinner together. We would love for you to come! And invite your family and friends!
We are working with Prison Fellowship to bless some families this Christmas season through their Angel Tree program. The families that we will be accepting donations for will join us for our service on Sunday, December 16th, followed by a party where we will give them their gifts and share a meal together. It will be a blessing for us just as much as it will be for them. Don’t miss this opportunity to share the love of Jesus with these families!
Help Santa light up the tree at City Hall!
Horse drawn carriage rides | Carolers | Kids crafts | Hot cocoa & cookies | Pictures with Santa
They also collect new toys and non-perishable food items for Operation Santa if you are interested in making a donation.
Please be sure to bring your filled shoeboxes to church on Sunday, November 11th! We want to be sure to get them to our drop-off location by the deadline. If you have not already done so, you can pick up a shoebox from church on Sunday or you can also buy individual boxes at Hobby Lobby if you need additional boxes. See how to pack a shoebox here: https://www.samaritanspurse.org/operation-christmas-child/pack-a-shoe-box/
Take this fun opportunity to get your creative juices flowing! Trinity Kids would like to invite you to our annual Pumpkin Carving Party! Trinity will provide the pumpkins and a free lunch, but you will need to bring your own carving utensils. We will get started by 11:00AM.
